"When you market Canada as a tourism destination around the world, travelers look to us for the most up-to-date and accurate travel information. Gail and Bart have been instrumental in helping the Canadian Tourism Commission set a course toward providing the leadership our partners want and service our customers would expect during a critical or crisis situation."
Senior Communications Advisor
Canadian Tourism Commission

"Gail and Bart marry communications theory to common sense. Their workshop sessions challenge you to think deeply and critically before coming up with solutions, without losing sight of the practical considerations of deadlines and budgets.
Early in my communications career I attended a Mindszenthy & Roberts session on crisis communications. It opened my eyes to potential for public relations to go far beyond sugar coating and has been my professional touchstone ever since. They presented processes for systematic analysis of issues aimed at developing thorough, effective and ethical communications strategies."
